You may return new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your shipment back to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (10-15 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 7 business days).

Products purchased on-line through the Californianbungalow.com internet site may be returned provided the product is in brand new condition meets the following 2 conditions:
1: Must have a Return Merchandise Authorization # (RMA) which is obtained from Californianbungalow.com by E-mail or by phone. Any returns sent back to us without a pre-approved RMA may be refused without notice, automatically returned, and a handling fee assessed. A RMA# is good for 10 days.
2: Must be accompanied with its original box, packaging, all manuals and accessories within 10 days from product receipt by you or a party designated by you to receive the product.
There is a 20% restocking fee for all returns and order cancellations containing furniture that is built to order. All custom orders are non-refundable. Items that are considered in stock items do not have a restocking fee and you will get 100% of the purchase price refunded (less return shipping costs). Please note you will also be responsible for ALL return shipping and insurance charges for returns, unless otherwise indicated. If you choose not to insure your package, and we do not accept return of the Product for reasons stated above, you will be responsible for any loss or damage. The purchase price will be credited to your credit card account upon our acceptance of the merchandise in acceptable condition in conformity with this policy. Additional charges may be assessed for Products returned with any missing parts and/or accessories.
NO returns on discounted items including Custom items, Floor samples, discontinued items, Open boxes, or promotional items.
For any Product received that is not the Product ordered, we will exchange the item at no additional cost upon verification. Proof of purchase (e.g. receipt and/or packing slip) is required for all returns. Credits will only be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase. The value of missing accessories and any applicable open box fee will be deducted from the credit amount of the return.
For Products that we verify to be defective, we will either replace the unit or send you replacement parts at no additional charge. If any product is damaged beyond simple repair, then we will issue a refund or store credit in the full amount including shipping charges.
